Ingredients:
1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp simple syrup (adjust to your sweetness preference)
1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Instructions: Gently muddle the berries in the bottom of a glass. Add lime juice and simple syrup. Fill the glass with ice, then top with sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
